About the Role
As part of the transition towards a more sustainable economy and in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) , organizations are required to provide transparent and detailed ESG reporting. We are looking for a CSRD Specialist to support the ongoing implementation and optimization of sustainability reporting processes and tools. You will play a key role in maintaining and further developing a sustainability data platform, ensuring compliance and enabling data-driven ESG insights. Your Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of sustainability reporting solutions Work on the Microsoft Sustainability Manager and related ecosystem Analyze and optimize business processes (BPM) related to ESG reporting Design and manage data pipelines (data ingestion, transformation, integration) Contribute to platform development and continuous improvement Ensure alignment with CSRD requirements and ESG frameworks Manage and support the product development lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT Support planning, coordination, and execution of project activities

Your Profile
Must-Have Minimum 5 years' experience in business management within an ICT context Strong experience with Business Process Management (BPM) Experience in platform development Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Fabric Microsoft Sustainability Manager Experience with product development lifecycle management (min. 3 years) Experience with Microsoft Project (min. 2 years) Knowledge of ESG frameworks and CSRD requirements Experience with data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, integration) Nice to Have Experience with stakeholder management Knowledge of project management practices (planning, budgeting, coordination) What's in It for You Contribute to high-impact sustainability initiatives aligned with EU regulations Work on cutting-edge Microsoft sustainability solutions Be part of a data-driven and forward-thinking environment Flexible hybrid working model Additional Information Freelance assignment (Framework Agreement) Full-time engagement Remote work possible (in coordination with the team) English is the working language
