pWe are seeking a Solutions Architect with ArcGIS expertise to join our team. The role involves designing and overseeing GIS solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and lead implementation of GIS‑based solutions, primarily using ArcGIS. /li liDefine and enforce architectural standards such as ArchiMate, TOGAF, ATAM, and CBAM. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality results. /li liApply Domain‑Driven Design, micro‑services, and event‑driven patterns to modernize architectures. /li liFacilitate technical discussions and whiteboard sessions to drive consensus. /li liMentor peers, incorporate feedback, and promote continuous learning. /li /ul h3Required qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 6 years of experience in solution architecture. /li liStrong knowledge of GIS concepts and ArcGIS platform. /li liProficiency with architecture modeling languages (e.g., ArchiMate) and tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect. /li liExperience applying IT standards (TOGAF, ATAM, CBAM) and Agile practices. /li liFluent in English and good command of Dutch and/or French. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liBackground in asset management domains. /li liHands‑on experience with Domain‑Driven Design and modern architectural paradigms. /li /ul
