AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will build AI applications, agents and integrations for our internal teams and clients. /ppWe welcome both medior and senior candidates. Your responsibilities will match your experience. /ph3You will: /h3ulliBuild and deploy LLM applications, AI agents and automations. /liliDevelop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool‑calling integrations. /liliTranslate business needs into practical technical solutions. /liliBuild reusable AI components and delivery accelerators. /liliDesign prompts, tests and evaluations to improve quality, security and reliability. /liliWork with consultants, architects, product and delivery teams, and clients. /li /ulpAt medior level, you will own defined solutions with support from experienced colleagues. /ppAt senior level, you will lead solutions end to end, make architecture decisions and guide colleagues and clients. /ppThis is a hands‑on engineering role for people who want to build and deliver, not a research or data science position. /ph3About you /h3pWe would like to meet you if: /pulliYou have at least two years of relevant experience; senior candidates typically bring five or more. /liliYou have strong hands‑on Python development experience. /liliYou have built and delivered applications using generative AI, LLMs or AI agents. /liliYou have experience with APIs, integrations and tool calling. /liliYou understand AI testing, security, privacy and maintainability. /liliYou have Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Key Vault. /liliYou can translate business needs into technical solutions and explain your decisions clearly. /liliYou are fluent in English. /liliYou show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model. /liliYou have a valid driver’s license, or you will obtain this in the next 6 months. /liliYou hold a relevant master’s degree. /liliYou learn quickly, take initiative and connect with our values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast and be kind /li /ulpExperience in consulting, a software product company or a technology scale-up is a plus.
