OwnershipPeople Business PartnerWe are looking for a dedicated People Business Partner to support approximately 200 employees for our Sales Teams across Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the management team, addressing all people-related topics. You will play a key role in driving People initiatives, supporting leadership, and fostering a thriving work environment aligned with Business and People strategy.

Key Responsibilities:- Delivery of projects and key deliverables of the People Cycle.
- Build a relationship with the unions in order to facilitate a collaborative environment.
- Deliver the People Budget and advise on necessary adjustments to the Business with a view to enhancing departmental performance.
- Coach management and leadership in resolving employee relation issues.
- Making sure the People Strategy, Products and Policies are applied.
- Build a People One Year Plan and advise the Business on theirs.
- Keep yourself up to date with labor law, CLA’s and HR trends.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in People.
- Ability to switch between both Business and People strategy and operations.
- Good negotiation and strategic skills.
- Project management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Good business and common sense.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Highly structured and systematic/analytical approach to deliver business solutions in line with the People strategy.
- Resilient, fair and honest team player.
- Able to develop strong relationships.
- Lead by example and live the company’s values.
- Fluent (verbal & written) in both Dutch and English. Basic knowledge of French.
