Antwerp, Flanders, Belgique Essensys Management Temps plein
For an international group active in the distribution of building materials, we are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Project Manager. The PMI Project Manager will lead the operational integration of a Belgian business currently supported and operated by colleagues in the Netherlands. The assignment combines integration governance with hands-on responsibility for supply chain, logistics and distribution. Business continuity and uninterrupted customer deliveries must be safeguarded throughout the transition.

Key responsibilities
- Translate the integration scope into a single executable master plan with workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies and escalation routes.
- Map the current Belgian and Dutch processes, roles, volumes, capacities, systems and dependencies end to end.
- Prepare and execute the relocation and integration of a warehouse operation.
- Manage scenarios, risks, the cutover plan, fallback options and the stabilisation period for the warehouse transition.
- Lead the integration of the Microsoft ERP environment, including process design, master data, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support.
- Analyse and harmonise the VAS activities, with clear decisions on location, capacity, process ownership, quality and KPIs.
- Harmonise supply-chain and distribution processes while respecting relevant local customer and market requirements.
- Safeguard operational and delivery continuity throughout the integration.
- Report progress to the executive sponsor and relevant management stakeholders. Required profile
- Proven experience as a senior Project Manager, Integration Manager or Programme Manager in an operational integration context.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in supply chain, logistics and distribution.
- Concrete experience with a warehouse relocation, consolidation of logistics activities or a comparable operational cutover.
- Experience with ERP integration or migration, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
- Sound understanding of ERP, WMS and TMS dependencies, master data, operational testing and cutover processes.
- Experience with VAS processes and the related decisions on capacity, quality and ownership.
- Strong programme-management, stakeholder-governance, risk-management and dependency-management capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English. Strong advantages
- Experience in building materials, wholesale or a comparable multi-SKU distribution environment.
- Experience with cross-border integrations involving Belgian and Dutch organisations.
- Demonstrable achievements in inventory accuracy, OTIF, warehouse productivity, transportation costs or order lead times.
- Experience in change management and engaging operational teams throughout an integration. Leadership style The ideal candidate is not a Project Manager who is limited to planning and reporting. We are looking for a pragmatic integration leader who creates structure quickly, challenges the content, takes ownership and converts decisions into execution. The candidate combines analytical rigour with operational credibility and can build authority without relying solely on formal hierarchy.
