Bij OMNINET geloven we dat fundamentele bedrijfsprocessen eenvoudig te reproduceren en dus eenvoudig te implementeren moeten zijn. Onze unieke OMNITRACKER software oplossing is een workflow en business process platform dat gebruikt wordt door toonaangevende klanten die actief zijn binnen verschillende domeinen om ITIL Service Management processen (ITSM) en andere Business specifieke processen zoals HR, sales, ... te ondersteunen en te vereenvoudigen.
Om ons dynamisch team verder uit te breiden zijn we per direct op zoek naar een Medior Solution Consultant.
Hoe ziet jouw job eruit bij OMNINET Benelux?Als OMNITRACKER Solution Consultant maak je deel uit van de consultancy afdeling OMNINET Benelux, gevestigd in Leuven (vlakbij het station).
Deze aantrekkelijke vacature is een uitdagende functie voor jou als je op zoek bent naar een afwisselende job binnen het domein van allerhande bedrijfssoftware. Je dagelijkse job zal een mix zijn van functionele & technische analyse, projectopvolging, algemene klantenondersteuning en software-implementatie.
Je neemt deel aan workshopsessies waar de specifieke eisen en wensen van de klant in detail worden besproken. Op termijn zal je ook zelf workshops leiden. Na de documentatie implementeer je deze requirements in de OMNITRACKER omgeving bij de klant, al dan niet met collega's. Je werkt aan meerdere projecten parallel.
Voor specifieke projecten zorg je ook voor de effectieve implementatie van de service of Business Management projecten bij onze klanten (via parametrisatie, configuratie, enz...). Een groot deel van de implementatie is gebaseerd op parametrisatie, maar soms zal ook scripting nodig zijn. Dat schrikt u niet af.
Om al deze bedrijfsprocessen met elkaar te verbinden, bouw je soms integraties (interfaces) met externe tools en zet je datamigraties op.
Ook bied je ondersteuning aan de OMNITRACKER eindgebruikers bij je klanten en houd je voeling met de behoeften van de klant om mogelijke verbeterpunten aan te dragen.
Wat kan jij voor ons betekenen?- Omdat je bij Nederlandstalige klanten zult worden tewerkgesteld is het belangrijk dat je je vlot uitdrukt in het Nederlands. Daarnaast is Engels ook belangrijk, omdat dit de meest gebruikte taal binnen de ICT-sector blijft.
- Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in informatica of informatietechnologie en hebt minstens 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring met het configureren en implementeren van software.
- Ervaring met Service Management tooling is een pluspunt.
- Je bent vertrouwd met ITIL.
- Je hebt inzicht in relationele databases (bijv. MS SQL Server) en concepten (ER-model);
- Je hebt ervaring met het verzamelen, analyseren en documenteren van functionele of technische vereisten. Ervaring met BPMN of UML is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van de volgende technologieën is een pluspunt:
- Je bent een goede teamspeler, maar kan ook autonoom werken.
- Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht, werkt georganiseerd en hebt een goede analytische geest.
- Je bent moedig genoeg om je klant af en toe uit te dagen.
- Creatief, analytisch en probleemoplossend denken is een van uw belangrijkste troeven.
- Je natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid en je interesse in nieuwe technologieën stimuleren je om je kennis op peil te houden.
- Je bent bereid om voor korte periodes binnen de Benelux te reizen.
