In this senior role, you will help us define and implement our AI adoption strategy across the capability, ensuring clear governance, frameworks, and skills to apply AI responsibly and effectively. /p pYou will also contribute to shaping our AI offering, aligning assets and expertise so that Accenture can position itself as a trusted partner for clients. In addition to this internal focus, you will work directly with clients on complex transformation programs, bringing both an AI and architecture perspective to ensure successful project delivery. /p h3Your job /h3 pAs an AI Lead Architect, you will: /p ul liDefine and oversee the AI adoption strategy within SPE, including governance, ways of working, and responsible AI practices. /li liShape the SPE AI offering, creating assets, accelerators, and delivery models that can be leveraged across industries. /li liIdentify and develop the AI skill set needed within the capability to support future delivery projects (training, recruitment, knowledge sharing). /li liShaping and delivering complex client projects by providing an AI/architecture perspective, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with client needs. /li liDrive strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem to accelerate innovation and impact. /li liAct as a leader in AI within SPE, fostering innovation and contributing to internal and client-facing discussions. /li liContribute to sales and opportunity shaping by bringing an AI architecture viewpoint. /li /ul h3Your team /h3 pAccenture Technology leverages design thinking, industry insights and the latest digital and Security methodologies to help clients innovate, grow and improve their businesses. - to transform their businesses. /p h3Your background /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or related field. /li li10+ years of experience in IT architecture and consulting. /li liStrong expertise in AI, data platforms, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP). /li liProven experience in defining and implementing technology strategies or governance frameworks. /li liExperience supporting client-side delivery with an AI/architecture perspective. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluency in English + French OR Dutch. /li liExperience with AI frameworks, AI ethics, or compliance (nice to have). /li liFamiliarity with AI delivery models in complex organizations (nice to have). /li liExperience in capability building (training, recruitment, mentoring) (nice to have). /li /ul h3Certifications /h3 ul liCloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent). /li liAI/ML certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Google, or other recognized providers). /li liTOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pAccenture is an incredible place to work
