This role is pivotal to supporting TCR’s ambitious growth journey, with the company aiming to double in size over the next five years. /ppYou will help shape commercial offers and pricing for your assigned region, working closely with local entities and cross functional teams at headquarters. From day one, you will support senior leaders through in depth financial analysis, financial modelling, and data driven commercial proposals. /ppAs TCR grows, so will your responsibilities, creating ample opportunities to develop your expertise and contribute directly to sourcing and closing strategic deals. /ph3bA snapshot of what you will be doing here: /b /h3pbCommercial analysis and development: /b /pulliSupport the Leadership team in the analysis of business projects, including financial and economic analysis. /liliPrepare commercial offers and business cases and create supporting documents for Board approval. /liliCalculate and define the pricing approach on commercial opportunities /liliSupport on strategic due diligence and company valuations for MA projects. /liliDevelop market intelligence and participate in commercial negotiations. /liliDevelop pricing strategies on request from local entities, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines. /liliLiaise with fleet and operations departments to ensure offers are comprehensive and competitive. /liliSupport local entities in financial analysis for performance tracking and follow-up. /li /ulpbCollaboration and negotiation: /b /pulliWork closely with local commercial teams, joining them in client meetings and negotiations. /liliProvide ad-hoc analysis and updates based on customer feedback. /liliTravel to support commercial teams in different regions as a business partner. /li /ulh3bWe are looking for an individual who: /b /h3ulliHolds a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, or a related field. /liliIs an excellent communicator with professional humility and curiosity. /liliHas relevant experience of minimum 4 years in a highly professional environment (e.g., professional services or blue-chip company). /liliIs eager to learn about the technical side of the business. /liliPossesses strong analytical skills and a critical approach. /liliExhibits a result-driven entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen. /liliIs proficient in English; other major international languages are a plus. /liliHandles challenges with a positive and proactive attitude. /li /ulpWe encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet all the requirements.
