Provide technical and commercial support to customers and sales representatives.
Analyze customer requirements and propose the most appropriate Socomec solutions.
Advise customers on both standard and customized applications.
Conduct technical discussions, feasibility studies and product presentations.
Act as a trusted advisor on electrical distribution, monitoring and switching solutions.
Support customers before and after the sale to ensure optimal satisfaction.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical sales support, application engineering, field service or similar customer-facing role.
Experience in electrical power distribution, switching, monitoring or energy management solutions is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent Dutch (Flemish)
Fluent French
Good working knowledge of English
