East Flanders, Belgium (Hybrid) Contract Type: Time & Material Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of financial systems in an international business environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, coordinating business analysis activities, and ensuring the successful deployment of financial processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial systems implementation projects from initiation to go-live. Coordinate business analysis activities and gather stakeholder requirements. Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. Drive change management and user adoption initiatives. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting. Ensure successful integration of financial processes and systems across multiple countries. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience. Strong knowledge of ERP and financial systems implementations. Experience in Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power BI. Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Affinity with and practical experience in applying AI solutions. Fluent Dutch and English communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps). Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience working in multinational and multilingual environments. Profile Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Results-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
