In this role, you will take the lead in challenging data and analytics projects and help clients design, build and optimize modern data platforms based on Microsoft Fabric. You combine technical expertise with coaching to ensure successful project delivery. /p ul liYou design, build and optimize scalable data and analytics platforms based on Microsoft Fabric within the broader Microsoft Data AI ecosystem /li liYou take on a technical lead role within projects and guide Data Engineers in architecture decisions, implementations and best practices /li liYou develop and manage data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes and integrations with various source systems /li liYou work with Fabric Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Notebooks and Pipelines to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions /li liYou translate functional and technical requirements into future-oriented data solutions and advise clients on architecture, governance, security, performance and scalability /li liYou implement CI/CD and DevOps principles and safeguard the quality, reliability and maintainability of the solutions developed /liliYou actively share knowledge with colleagues, coach team members and contribute to the further growth of our Data AI community /li liYou continuously develop your expertise and keep up with the latest developments in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services and the broader data ecosystem /li liYou provide advice and contribute to presales proposals. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed: /h3 ul liYou hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business IT Management or a related field /li liYou have at least 5 years of relevant experience in data engineering and building modern cloud data platforms /li liYou have advanced knowledge of PySpark, Python, SQL and/or Scala, as well as experience in data modelling, data integration and designing scalable data architectures /li liYou are familiar with CI/CD processes, Git and DevOps principles /li liYou have a solid understanding of data governance, security and performance optimization /li liYou communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric certifications are considered a strong asset /li liYou have experience leading a team, creating a backlog, assigning tasks and monitoring progress /li liYou are energized by coaching junior profiles /li liYou are flexible and willing to travel, as you will regularly work on-site at client locations.
