We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support
Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki .
Depending on the project, you may provide customer service,
after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or
support for business customers Working
Location:
Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece Work Model: On-site Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary:
€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14-months) + bonus (depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weeks hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee) Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Your Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and professional customer support. Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues. Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims. Explain product and service information clearly to customers. Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools. Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets. Requirements Dutch proficiency at C1 level , both written and spoken. English proficiency at B2–C1 level , depending on the project. Strong communication and active listening skills. Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.
