As anInstructionalDesigner,you’llcollaborate with experts, trainers,and other stakeholders within the company to create effective, efficient,and engaging learning experiences.This meanstaking the lead in the creation process as well asbeingpartofthe creation and development of training material (e.g.support the recording of training videos,give advice on formats, createe-learnings inanauthoring tool)

This role, with its strong focus on instructional design, will account for approximately 70% of your time, complemented by 30% dedicated to training administration and coordination activities to support the Operations team.Administration will focus mostly on onboarding follow up, learning path maintenance and coordinationof global alignment on onboarding plans.

You are responsible for:

  • Conducting a needs analysis toidentifylearningobjectivesand target audience characteristicsfor a specifictraining request.
  • Gathering information and insights from experts, trainers,and other stakeholderstosupport the development ofa training.
  • Creating training materials, bringing effective, engaging, and efficient learning experiences, according to the instructional design principles, learning theories, and OMP guidelines.
  • Taking the lead from start to finish in multiple training creation or conversion tracks with the focus on e-learning.
  • Processings trainingsubscriptionsandcoordinatingtraininglogistics, includingmanagingparticipant lists,teacher planning, room bookings, and overall session organization.
  • Maintainingand updatingthe training schedule and materials in the LMS (PeopleFluent), ensuring a ccurac y and timely adjustments.
  • Collaborating internally and with other teams on new hire forecasting, onboarding timelines, and learning path alignment.
