Brief
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead a range of business and IT transformation initiatives across the organisation. This is a transversal role, working across Supply Chain, Operations, IT and external partners to deliver projects from initiation through to go-live.
Projects may include ERP initiatives, Transport Management System implementations, planning system upgrades, logistics optimisation programmes and IT projects within a GxP-regulated environment.
What will you be doing?
Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional business and IT projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate business users, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners.
Deliver IT projects within GxP-regulated settings, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Support transformation initiatives across logistics, planning and supply chain operations.
Facilitate workshops, steer decision-making and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Be adaptable – the client can be non-standard at times and you need to keep calm in the chaos.
What do we need?
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex business and IT projects.
ERP Project Experience
Experience delivering projects within a GxP-regulated environment.
Candidates without prior experience within GXP Environments will not be considered.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
We do not need a Programme Manager,
we need someone able to take care of small and medium sized projects.
Supply Chain Experience.
Logistics
