p As an Insurance Officer, you support the operational management of our insurance portfolio and ensure the accurate follow-up of insurance policies and claims. /b Brussels. /p Zoom on the job: ulli support the administrative follow-up and management of insurance policies /lili assist with the timely renewal, adjustment and optimisation of insurance contracts /lili analyse insurance documentation to ensure compliance and completeness /lili handle claims from notification through to settlement /lili maintain contact with insurers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders regarding claim progress /lili verify claim payments /lili advise internal departments on insurance-related questions and risks /lili support risk analyses and propose additional insurance coverage when required /lili maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, brokers and other external partners /lili act as the internal point of contact for questions regarding insurance coverage, conditions and procedures /lili collect and report data related to claims and insurance costs /lili ensure accurate and well-structured administration of insurance files /lili use the digital tools made available by the department /li /ul Profile Come as you are, ideally with: ulli a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as risk management or insurance /lili a minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, claims management or risk management (corporate risks, CAR and public liability operations) /lili good knowledge of insurance conditions and relevant regulations /lili strong ability to manage and follow up multiple files simultaneously /lili confidence in using digital tools and administrative systems /lili excellent written and verbal communication skills /lili an analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex information /lili a structured, accurate and solution-oriented approach /lili a proactive and independent attitude with a hands-on mentality /lili a customer-focused and collaborative mindset /lili proficiency in Dutch, French and English /li /ul Offer What if you became Insurance Officer at Equans?pb For you this means: /b /pulli a market rate salary in line with your education and experience /lili interesting training and career opportunities /lili group insurance, hospitalization insurance /lili eco vouchers, meal vouchers, representation allowance, 13th month, holiday pay /lili electrical lease car, bicycle lease plan /lili smartphone with subscription, internet fee /lili additional paid leave, seniority leave, homeworking /lili discounts through (culture, sports, travel, and more) /li /ul
