ppOUR EXPERTISE DRIVES YOUR AMBITIONS /p pNalys is a Franco‑Belgian consulting company specializing in Life Sciences, Innovative Software, and Energy projects since 2011. /p pOur mission is simple: to offer engineers high‑value projects and provide them with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to deliver excellence to our clients. /p pBy contributing to major projects for leading companies across Belgium, Île‑de‑France, Normandy, Centre‑Val de Loire, and Hauts‑de‑France, we showcase our technical know‑how and expertise through the outstanding work of our teams. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs part of a multidisciplinary, multicultural, and international team (software teams based in Charleroi and Bangalore), your role as Software Technical Lead is to guide and structure the activities dedicated to: /p ul liSoftware specifications architecture — Contribute to the definition of software specifications and architectures based on requirements provided by rail domain experts. /li liSoftware development — Design, implement, review, and test software components (detailed design, coding, code reviews, unit testing). /li liIntegration functional validation — Perform integration and functional testing of software components within final products, using both physical and digital test platforms. /li liContinuous improvement — Support the evolution of processes, methods, and tools. /li liTechnology monitoring — Stay informed about relevant technological developments. /li /ul h3Coordination Cross‑Functional Interfaces /h3 ul liYou act as a central interface between the software team, program management, and other engineering disciplines. Your responsibilities include: /li liActivity coordination — Organize and coordinate software development activities within your scope. /li liPlanning QCD performance — Contribute to planning, progress tracking, and adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments. /li liChange management — Participate in software change control boards (CCB). /li liRisk management — Identify risks and escalation issues that may affect delivery or quality. /li /ul h3Quality, Safety Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liYou ensure compliance with standards while contributing to long‑term improvement initiatives. /li liStandards compliance — Ensure alignment with applicable railway standards (EN 50716). /li liSoftware planning — Contribute to the definition and execution of software plans. /li liDesign reviews — Participate in software design reviews and foster positive team dynamics. /li liStandardisation reuse — Promote standardisation, reuse, and continuous improvement practices. /li /ul h3Profile / Requirements /h3 pbEducation /b /p ul liMaster's degree or engineering degree (BAC+5) in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecom, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field. /li /ul pbExperience Technical Background /b /p ul liMore than 5 years of experience in real‑time embedded software development. /li liStrong background in complex system development. /li /ul pbProven Experience In Railway Or Other Safety‑critical Environments. /b /p ul liExperience in technical leadership or coordination roles. /li liFluency in English and French. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liKnowledge of railway safety standards (EN 50128 / EN 50716). /li liExperience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. /li /ul h3Behavioral Competencies /h3 ul liStructured, organized, and reliable. /li liStrong team player with excellent communication skills. /li liProactive mindset and strong sense of ownership. /li liAbility to anticipate issues and manage priorities effectively. /li liComfortable making technical decisions and challenging when necessary. /li liCapable of coordinating and driving activities performed by others. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA competitive salary package /li liA company car with a fuel card or electric charging card. /li liMeal vouchers and eco vouchers. /li liDKV /li liPersonalised career support and guidance /li /ul /p
