FP&A SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST – EUROPE

Are you passionate about financial analysis and looking to make a real impact within an international group? Our client, a well-established player in the food industry across Europe, is opening the doors of its Financial Planning & Analysis team to steer financial reporting and planning at a European level.
What you'll do:
- Analyze monthly financial reports: P&L, balance sheets, business unit profitability, SG&A costs, and financial KPIs
- Support reporting for management and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
- Support monthly forecast cycles for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Prepare weekly cash-flow forecasts for food operations
- Collaborate closely with accounting and operational teams to ensure reliable reporting
- Deliver sharp ad hoc analyses on business request
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting
What you bring:
- A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Solid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Experience with Power BI, other reporting tools or SAP is a plus
- Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights
- A structured approach and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong xlxgzvr communication skills and ease working with various stakeholders
