pWe are looking for a bDutch-speaking lawyer /b with a strong interest and expertise in benvironmental /b blaw /b in an industrial context. /p /brh3Our Regulatory department /h3 /brpOur regulatory practice – consisting of 25 lawyers – offers legal services ranging from advisory work to contract drafting and litigation. Our lawyers are particularly recognised for their expertise in environmental, energy, planning and zoning, and public procurement law, across all three regions. Our regulatory department offers full-service to its clients as part of an integrated firm, but also operates as a fully-fledged, standalone practice with its own client base. /p /brpFor many years our environmental team, which forms part of our regulatory practice, is ranked top tier in several legal rankings. /p /brpWe are currently looking for someone to join our environmental team. We advise clients on all possible environmental matters, such as permits, waste, soil, water, climate and packaging. /p /brpWe have a strong affinity with the industrial sector. /p /brpWe also handle various regulatory issues. This includes matters relating to the regulation, at a national or European level, of chemicals, electrical and electronic equipment, deforestation-driven commodities, food, green claims (...) /p /brpWe primarily provide strategic advice to our clients and assist in negotiations with other stakeholders. Where necessary, we represent our clients in administrative and judicial proceedings before all relevant courts and authorities. /p /brh3What
