pWe are looking for a Data Quality and MDM Expert to help ensure that large volumes of healthcare data are reliable and fit for use. You will work with a multidisciplinary data team to validate incoming data and maintain the reference and master data that support analysis and decision-making. /p h3Your role /h3 ulliTranslate business requirements into data validation rules and monitoring processes. /liliAnalyse data flows and define, document and maintain technical and business quality controls. /liliRun assessments, report on results and coordinate remediation with data owners and data stewards. /liliMaintain and monitor reference data throughout its lifecycle, and support improvements to master data quality. /liliAssess new data flows and datasets, identifying opportunities for quality improvement and contributing to documentation and governance. /liliConfigure and improve data validation and reference data management solutions. /liliWork with business and technical stakeholders to promote data quality practices. /li /ul h3You have /h3 ulliThree years of experience with Azure Databricks. /liliTen years of experience in data analysis. /liliTen years of experience in data validation. /liliThree years of experience in data governance. /liliThree years of experience in data stewardship. /liliTen years of experience in data quality management. /liliSeven years of experience in master data management. /liliSeven years of experience in reference data management. /liliAt least five years of professional experience in a data quality or master data management role. /liliAt least seven years of practical professional experience in large data teams. /liliThree years of experience with SQL. /liliEnglish at C1 level. /liliFrench at C1 level. /liliDutch at C1 level. /li /ul h3A plus /h3 ulliA master's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience in computer science. /liliPrevious experience as a data engineer or data functional analyst. /liliAbility to translate business needs into technical data solutions. /liliA willingness to learn. /liliAn open mind. /liliA can-do attitude. /liliA strong sense of ownership. /liliThe ability to work independently. /liliStrong problem-solving skills. /liliA pragmatic approach. /liliA focus on delivery. /liliThe ability to collaborate across teams. /liliGood spoken and written communication skills. /li /ul h3Working at Neurho /h3 pFounded in 1998, Neurho is a Belgian IT and business consultancy.
