The project focuses on implementing a structured contentauthoring platform that will replace traditional document authoring methods andenable content reuse, AI-assisted authoring, and direct integration ofenterprise data into regulatory documents. The role will support the technicalimplementation and integration of the selected solution with multiple systemsand teams. /p h3Typical Day /h3 ul liLeaddiscussions with vendors and internal technical teams. /li liGatherand refine technical requirements and integration specifications. /li liCoordinatesolution design and implementation activities. /li liWorkclosely with Enterprise Architects, DT teams, validation SMEs, andbusiness stakeholders. /li liFollowup on integrations with SSO, Snowflake/Data Foundation, Veeva andAI/Agentic capabilities. /li liSupporttesting preparation, validation activities, and implementation readiness. /li liFacilitateworkshops and stakeholder meetings to drive technical decisions andproject progress. /li /ul h3Years of Experience /h3 ul liTargetprofile: 5-8+ years of relevant experience. /li liManagerpreference is towards the higher end of the range due to the complexity ofthe integrations and stakeholder environment. /li /ul h3Must Have /h3 ul liStrongexperience in system integration projects. /li liExperienceworking in a GxP / regulated pharmaceutical environment. /li liUnderstandingof regulatory processes (Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Labeling, Clinical,etc.). /li liExperiencetranslating technical requirements into specifications and solutiondesigns. /li liAbilityto coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors. /li liStrongcommunication skills and autonomy. /li liHigh attention to detail and quality mindset /li /ul
