Would you like to use data and AI to improve financial analysis and decision-making within a growing international organization? /p pThen we are looking for you /p h3What does the role involve? /h3 ul liYou analyse brevenue, margins, costs and profitability /b and translate trends and variances into clear insights and recommendations; /li liYou work closely with our binternational entities /b and ensure high-quality, consistent and timely financial and operational data; /li liYou take bownership of group reporting /b and translate reporting needs into relevant KPIs, dashboards and management reports; /li liYou support bbudgeting, forecasting and performance reviews /b and identify risks and opportunities; /li liYou use bdata analytics, automation and AI /b to make reporting, forecasting and financial processes more efficient; /li liYou act as a bFinance Business Partner /b and support management with financial insights to enable well-informed decision-making; /li liYou support the bintegration of new companies /b into our reporting, systems and financial processes. /li /ul h3What do we expect from you? /h3 ul liYou have a master’s degree in finance, economics, business engineering or a related field; /li liYou have at least 3 years of relevant experience in controlling or a similar role; /li liYou have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and know how to look beyond the numbers; /li liYou can translate business questions into clear reporting and relevant insights. /li liYou have very good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365; /li liYou have experience with dashboarding and reporting automation.
