ITZU SELECT recherche actuellement un(e) Insurance Claims Operator pour l'un de nos clients, un leader mondial dans la location et la gestion de flottes de véhicules.
En tant qu'Insurance Claims Operator, vous ferez partie de notre département Assurance et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires et clients. Vous serez responsable d'une grande variété de tâches.
Vos responsabilités- Vous analyserez et traiterez les déclarations de sinistres avec vos collègues (en moyenne 15 déclarations par jour).
- Vous serez responsable de chaque dossier de A à Z et veillerez à apporter les modifications ou ajustements nécessaires à chaque cas.
- En tant que Gestionnaire de Réclamations expérimenté(e), vous déterminerez la responsabilité et transférerez le dossier à l'assureur en charge.
- Vous vérifierez que chaque étape administrative a été correctement effectuée.
- Vous coordonnerez divers contacts téléphoniques et par e-mail avec vos clients et les tiendrez informés à chaque étape.
- Vous serez en contact étroit avec des experts internes et externes, des courtiers, des assureurs, des gestionnaires de flotte et d'autres fournisseurs.
- Vous avez un Bachelier en Assurance, Finance, Droit ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle dans la même fonction d'au moins 2 ans au sein d'une société de Leasing, d'un Assureur ou d'un Courtier en B2C ou B2B.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais et avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
- Vos compétences analytiques et votre raisonnement logique sont vos principaux atouts.
- Autonome, vous travaillez facilement avec des délais stricts et savez définir les priorités.
