Your mission is to identify new opportunities, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive onshore wind projects from concept to realization. By transforming ambitious ideas into operational renewable energy projects, you will help shape a more sustainable future and support Virya Energy's continued growth in wind energy. /p /brh3Responsabilities /h3 /brul /brliInitiate and coordinate all project phases, from concept and development through to project completion. /li /brliMonitor project planning, milestones, progress and budgets, ensuring projects remain on track. /li /brliPlan and coordinate project resources in line with priorities and timelines. /li /brliEnsure compliance with QHSE requirements throughout all project phases. /li /brliAct as the company's technical representative towards grid operators, suppliers, local authorities, policymakers and other stakeholders. /li /brliCoordinate project activities and facilitate collaboration with internal teams, including engineering, land acquisition, business development, OM, procurement, legal, finance and energy markets. /li /brliPrepare and manage permitting applications and approval processes. /li /brliPrepare investment proposals and present recommendations to the Management Committee. /li /brliSupport and participate in contract negotiations with turbine suppliers, contractors and other key partners. /li /brliContribute to building local support for wind projects through stakeholder engagement, technical input and transparent communication. /li /brliContinuously expand sector knowledge and expertise, developing into a recognized specialist in renewable energy project development. /li /br /ul /brh3Job Requirements /h3 /brul /brliA Master's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering. /li /brliExperience or a strong interest in renewable energy, with knowledge of energy technologies and environmental regulations related to wind energy. /li /brliKnowledge of energy markets, energy storage and/or flexibility solutions is a plus. /li /brliExcellent project management and organizational skills. /li /brliProven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward. /li /brliProfessional proficiency in Dutch, French and English. /li /brliA proactive, hands-on and independent attitude, while thriving in a collaborative team environment. /li /brliTo be eligible for this role, you must currently reside in Belgium and hold a valid work permit /li /br /ul /brh3Offer /h3 /brul /brliA challenging full-time job with a lot of variety.
