Experience:
8–11+ years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in post-trade, settlement operations, or capital markets to support business analysis and requirements activities within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering for settlement workflows, matching, confirmations, and exception handling. Analyse and document business requirements and operational needs. Develop use case models, process flows, ER models, and functional specifications. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Support the analysis and improvement of post-trade and settlement processes. Required Experience & Skills 8–11+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in post-trade, settlement operations, or capital markets . Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering skills. Experience with: Use case modelling Process flows ER modelling Functional specifications Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured requirements.
