Tasks and responsibilitiesYou will be a pillar of the centre of competence with detailed knowledge of the people, functions, and end-to-end processes as well as the various systems and tools usedYour challenge is to build bridges and work with functional and technical experts within affiliated organisations, vendors, and IT in describing business requirements and implementing systemsYou will drive the day-to-day sustain activities of the running systems and solutionYou will prepare and support each development stage through Analysis, Design, Testing and Implementation where you:Organize workshops, interviews, and visits to gather these business requirements, processes and dataCan articulate and write unambiguously about requirements, processes and dataAnalyze and prioritize these requirements to come to a Global standard that can be used across all airlinesAre able to prepare test scenarios & cases as well as the data needed for test executionExecute tests and co-ordinate with end-users and IT colleaguesSupport end-user training and implementation co-ordination across business and ITYou define and support integration projects between airline operational systemsTogether with your colleagues, you will drive on time and quality go-live of new digital solutions supporting our partners Desired skills and experienceYou are in the possession of a Master degree or have equivalent industry experience; a background in aircraft engineering/maintenance, transportation and/or computer science is a mustA minimum of 10 years experience in aviation maintenance and IT systemsKnowledge of aircraft maintenance systems (eg, Trax, AMOS), preferably as an Administrator or project implementation lead is an advantageHaving experience in the Business Requirements Management (BRM) techniques of gathering, analyzes, modelling and review is an advantageProficiency in PC skills and IT aptitude, including working knowledge of Office365You have preferably experience with collaborative tools such as Teams, Jira, ConfluenceHaving experience with test management tools such as qTest and service management tools, such as Service Now is an advantageKnowledge about project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMI is also an advantageExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present and argue in a structured and concise manner at all organizational levelsYou can communicate fluently in English (spoken and written) in a clear and concise manner Please send your CV or call javaid to discuss further.We are an equal opportunities employment agency and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.We champion differences in technology recruitment and work with clients who actively wish to diversify their talent force - all applicants are welcome to apply.
