Responsibilities:
/h3pYou will provideleadership to the Platform Build and Platform Run teams, ensuring effective execution and continuous evolution of the engineering platform.
You translate strategy into a clear roadmap, set priorities and drive predictable delivery.
You guide technical decision making by guiding discussions, evaluating trade‑offs and ensuring alignment, while relying on your strong technical understanding of modern engineering platforms — from CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code to Azure, automation, observability and release processes. /ph3Your profile: /h3pYou are a strong people leader with solid technical understanding and experience in engineering organizations. /ppYou bring: /pulliExperience leading technical teams /liliBackground in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or cloud /liliSolid understanding of modern infrastructure concepts (Azure, IaC, CI/CD, automation, reliability) /liliStrong planning and organizational skills /liliAbility to bring structure into complex environments /liliExperience facilitating discussions and driving decisions /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliA pragmatic, collaborative leadership style /liliStrong change‑management capability /li /ul
