SAP Change Officer (Medior) | SAP Transformation Programme | BelgiumWe're looking for a hands-on Change Officer to support the change track of a large SAP transformation programme for an industrial client in Belgium.

The roleYou'll join an already-defined change track and own its execution and coordination. The focus is hands-on delivery — supporting rollout across domains and sites, coordinating communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, and keeping the change trackers, materials and PMO admin tight as the programme moves through wave after wave.
Key responsibilities
Support the rollout of the existing change track across domains and sitesCoordinate communication, training and stakeholder engagement activitiesPrepare and adapt communication materials (presentations, articles, updates)Co-own the rollout of the training approach — coordination, logistics, materials, participant readiness, completion tracking, feedbackMaintain and update change trackers (progress, risks, actions, stakeholders)Support planning, scheduling and follow-up of meetings, documentation and SharePoint structuresIdentify and act on opportunities to improve how training and change activities are organised, delivered and maintainedWhat you'll bring2–5 years experience specifically in change management (not project management, PMO or SAP functional consulting)Hands-on change execution track record — communication, training coordination, stakeholder engagementOperationally strong, pragmatic, and comfortable with administrative and coordination workProactive — spots ways to improve existing processes rather than waiting to be toldStructured, with strong organisation and follow-upBachelor's degree in IT, Finance or related fieldEngagement detailsLocation: Belgium — minimum 3 days/week on-siteLanguages: English fluent (mandatory). xdkqlui Dutch is a plus.
