what you'll do
Our organization is preparing for the future with targeted investments in our systems, processes, and people. Within Procurement we are continuing this transformation. Group Procurement is responsible for the central strategic purchasing/sourcing of a large volume of (frozen) raw materials, services, materials and packaging for all Ardo factories and locations. Within Group Procurement you will work closely with the Sourcing Manager Frozen Foods, who is responsible for the procurement and sourcing of frozen vegetables, ingredients and herbs. As Young Potential Procurement you will develop a deep understanding of procurement through operational tasks, market analysis, supplier management and cross-functional collaboration. The main tasks include supporting the Sourcing Manager Frozen Foods in various operational tasks in an international environment, for example:
- Manage contracts and monitor compliance.
- Manage suppliers on a daily basis.
- Conduct cost, market and supplier analyses to support strategic purchasing decisions.
- Support sourcing activities by evaluating products and suppliers and making recommendations regarding potential purchases.
- Manage and follow up on supplier performance.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support procurement strategies and business decisions.
- Act as a key liaison between Procurement and the Replenishment Teams across multiple production sites.
- Maintain accurate procurement data by managing master data.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects. This is where you recognize yourself: We are looking for a high-potential graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a career in procurement with the following

qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, countries and cultures.
- Comfortable with traveling to different sites or locations when needed.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently
