NVIDIA is seeking a senior engineer to join the silicon photonics design and modeling team, focusing on co-simulation workflows and compact models for photonic components. You will work at the electronic‑photonic boundary, building models and verification flows with circuit and system teams. You will define test structures, extract model parameters from optical and electrical data, and collaborate with foundry contacts to drive model accuracy.
