- Europebr/br/Occasional on-site travelbr/br/Start: Before the end of 2026br/br/English-speakingbr/br/For a major insurance transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced freelance Product Owner with Insurance Package Implementation experience to join a greenfield Guidewire Cloud implementation within Commercial Insurance.br/br/The client is looking to onboard Product Owners across both the PolicyCenter and Claimcenter implementation teams.br/br/The Product Owner will take ownership of their respective product domain, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, configuration developers, and other members of a distributed Agile delivery team.br/br/Responsibilitiesbr/br/Own and manage the Product Backlog for PolicyCenter or Claimcenterbr/br/Define and communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmapbr/br/Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user storiesbr/br/Prioritise requirements based on business value, risk, and dependenciesbr/br/Act as the key decision-maker for product-related questions and prioritiesbr/br/Work closely with stakeholders to define target business processes and desired outcomesbr/br/Collaborate with Guidewire configuration teams to ensure solutions align with business requirementsbr/br/Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements, and PI Planningbr/br/Support testing, user acceptance activities, and release planningbr/br/Ensure successful delivery of business value throughout the implementation lifecyclebr/br/Requirementsbr/br/Experience as a Product Owner within insurance transformation programmesbr/br/Previous experience with Guidewire or another core insurance platform implementationbr/br/Strong understanding of Policy Administration and/or Claims processesbr/br/Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environmentsbr/br/Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and technology teamsbr/br/Excellent communication and prioritisation skillsbr/br/Project contextbr/br/Greenfield Guidewire Cloud implementationbr/br/Focus on Commercial Insurancebr/br/PolicyCenter and Product Definition at the core of the rolebr/br/Scrum team of approximately 10 people, including 3-4 Business Analysts and configuration developersbr/br/International/distributed project environmentbr/br/First release currently moving into User Acceptance Testingbr/br/Next release starts with an inception phase covering requirements, solution design and user-story backlog creationbr/br/Earlier onboarding preferred to build project and policy knowledge ahead of the next major delivery phasebr/br/
