La réception est le point d'information central pour le client. Le shift leader travaille seul ou avec plusieurs collègues en roulement. Il (elle) dépend du OperationsManager et est la liaison entre le manager et les réceptionnistes. Le shift leader travaille avec des collaborateurs pour la caisse, les réservations, le téléphone et les informations. Les activités administratives du shift leader sont ou non informatisées. Le shift leader donne éventuellement des instructions opérationnelles aux services responsables des chambres (nettoyage, service des chambres) et éventuellement au restaurant. Le shift leader prend en charge les réservations des groupes et contrôle à l'avance toutes les réservations des jours suivants pour en assurer la qualité d'encodage.
Accueil des clients
Accueille les clients, fournit les informations nécessaires et assure l'administration relative au check-in (formulaires de l'hôtel, fiche de police, contrôle du passeport, versement d'acompte, etc.), remet les clefs ou la carte de la chambre et oriente les clients dans l'hôtel
Informe les clients, résout les problèmes et plaintes (vol, maladie, service insatisfaisant), est en permanence attentif aux besoins du client. S'occupe des réservations tant internes qu'externes (restaurant, représentations, transport, sorties)
Réveille les clients sur demande
Assume l'administration relative au check-out : rédige les factures, fait l'addition (location de chambre, consommations, téléphones, T.V.), encaisse et contrôle les moyens de paiement
Est éventuellement responsable de la caisse et des opérations de change
Surveille l'entrée et la sortie des invités, signale les visiteurs indésirables
Utilise la centrale téléphonique
Réservations
Traite tous les demandes des groupes (business et leisure)
Etablit une offre adéquate à chaque demande
Suit les dossiers et établit les rooming lists
S'occupe des facturations avant, pendant ou après les séjours
Administratif
Contrôle quotidiennement les no-shows et les annulations tardives, charge les frais les cas échéants
Assure le bon déroulement du système de réservation du parking de l'hôtel et de son inventaire, alerte son responsable ou les collègues en cas d'overbooking
Contrôle le stock de tout le matériel nécessaire à la réception (stylos, papier, enveloppes, produits en vente etc.), alerte son responsable en cas de rupture
Assure le bon stockage et dispatching des objets « Lost & Found » en coopération avec le département Housekeeping
Prépare et vérifie l'envoi des factures « City Ledger », en respectant le délai de 3 jours après check-out
Fournit, sur base du planning ou sur demande, des instructions opérationnelles aux responsables des départements ou services (par ex. restaurant, service de nettoyage, roomservice)
Fait rapport aux responsables ou collègues de la situation (travail en roulement)
Est responsable de l'ordre et la netteté de la réception
En l'absence de son responsable, il gère les plaintes des clients, trouve les solutions aux problèmes liés au séjour des clients
Aide le Operations Manager pour la formation des nouvelles recrues/stagiaires Profil Votre profil

Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe
Vous parlez le français – néerlandais – anglais
La connaissance d'autres langues est un plus
La connaissance du programme Opera Cloud est un atout
