That’s why our customers are companies of strongall sizes and in all industries. /strong /ppAs a Cyber Security Engineer, here’s what your day-to-day might look like: /pullistrongDesigning /strong strongand /strong strongimplementing /strong secure configurations for servers, virtual systems, and cloud services (hardening, compliance, etc.). /liliManaging and improving strongnetwork security /strong: segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, secure remote access, and Wi-Fi protection. /liliMonitoring and analyzing strongsecurity events /strong using SIEM tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or Elastic. /liliConducting strongvulnerability assessments /strong and managing remediation using tools like Tenable, Nessus, or Qualys. /liliSupporting secure strongidentity and access management /strong using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (including group policies). /liliCollaborating on strongsecure cloud architecture /strong (Azure), including Defender for Endpoint, Secure Score, and Sentinel. /lilistrongAutomating /strong security tasks and incident response using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash). /liliApplying frameworks like MITRE ATTCK to stronganalyse threats /strong and improve detection strategies. /liliSupporting compliance and stronghardening /strong efforts using a variety of technologies. /liliContributing to strongcontainer and virtualization /strong security (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware, Hyper-V, etc.). /liliParticipating in internal security strongreviews /strong, strongaudits /strong, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3strongWhat We’re Looking For /strong /h3pWe’re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a proactive mindset. /ppHere’s what we expect from a Cyber Security Engineer: /pulliYou have strongof experience /strong in cybersecurity engineering or a related technical role. /liliYou communicate fluently in strongEnglish /strong and one of the most common Belgian national languages (strongFrench or Dutch /strong) /liliYou understand how to securely configure strongsystems, networks, and cloud /strong environments. /liliYou have hands-on experience with strongSIEM /strong platforms and vulnerability management tools. /liliYou work confidently within the strongMicrosoft security /strong ecosystem (Azure, Defender, Intune, SCCM, etc.). /liliYou write strongscripts /strong in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate tasks and improve workflows. /liliYou apply strongcybersecurity /strong strongframeworks /strong like MITRE ATTCK or CIS Benchmarks in your daily work. /li /ulh3strongThe extras we value: /strong /h3ulliHaving a concrete experience on Microsoft Cloud security environments (i.e Azure Sentinel) confirmed by strongMicrosoft certifications like AZ-500, SC-200/300/400 /strong is a strong added value in our context. /liliHolding other certifications like CompTIA Security+, CASP, CISSP, … or other vendors’ certifications is a plus. /liliYou have worked with container security tools (Docker, Kubernetes). /liliYou are familiar with compliance and hardening tools /liliYou have experience working in a scale-up or fast-paced tech environment. /li /ulh3strongWho You Are /strong /h3pYou are an stronginitiative-taker /strong and act with autonomy.
