Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Antwerp, Belgium
About the role:
Our client in Antwerp is looking for a CFO to join their family-owned FMCG business. This role will be responsible for leading the finance function, supporting strategic decision‑making and driving business performance in a fast‑paced environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis
- Support strategic business decisions
- Manage cash flow and financial performance
- Drive process improvements across finance
Requirements:
- Previous CFO or senior finance leadership experience
- Consumer goods industry experience
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Personable and dedicated approach
This role would suit a commercially minded finance leader looking to play a key role in a family‑owned business.
