Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; or Zug, Switzerland. /p pAs a leader within the Value Chain Excellence (VCEx) organization of Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC), this position is responsible for leading the strategy, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital capabilities that support end-to-end (e2e) supply chain, design, performance management, and decision-making. The role partners across business, technology, and analytics organizations to deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and enable measurable business value across the value chain. /p pThis individual will drive the evolution and adoption of Digital Twins, simulation and modeling solutions, decision-support tools, and sophisticated analytics while ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term capability roadmaps. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Lead Digital Value Chain Strategy and Product Delivery /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the roadmap for developing capabilities, ensuring digital investments are aligned, and deliver measurable value. /li liDefine product vision, prioritizing requirements, handling product backlogs, and coordinating delivery through adoption and value realization. /li liEstablish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable business impact. /li /ul h3Advance Supply Chain Modeling and Decision Intelligence /h3 ul liLead the development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling capabilities that support supply chain design, network optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic planning decisions. /li liIntegrate analytical and decision-support capabilities into core Value Chain Management processes, enabling data-driven evaluation of supply chain scenarios, risks, opportunities, and performance trade-offs. /li /ul h3Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Business Adoption /h3 ul liPartner closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital Technology, and Data Science organizations to find opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions that address critical business needs. /li liBuild strong customer relationships, drive alignment across a complex environment, and lead change management activities that accelerate user adoption and capability maturity. /li /ul h3Build Scalable Capabilities And Ways Of Working /h3 ul liLead cross-functional teams and external partners in the delivery of digital solutions while establishing effective governance, support models, and operating processes. /li liPromote Agile product management practices, strengthen organizational capabilities, and develop a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning to ensure long‑term success. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3EDUCATION: /h3 ul liMinimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or a related subject area.
