For one of our clients, an independent Wealth Management and Family Office firm, we are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager. Operating within an international financial group, the firm combines the agility and proximity of an entrepreneurial organization with access to a broad investment ecosystem and an open-architecture approach. This opportunity is particularly suited to a Wealth Manager or Private Banker who has developed a strong network within the HNWI/UHNWI segment and is looking for greater autonomy, visibility, and influence than is typically possible within a large private bank. This is not a role where you will inherit an established client portfolio. We are looking for someone who wants to build and develop their own franchise, create long-term relationships with clients, and play an active role in the growth of the business.
As a Senior Wealth Manager / Private Banker, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and other sophisticated private clients. Business development will be a central part of your role. You will leverage your existing network, develop new relationships, and gradually build a significant portfolio of assets under management. At the same time, you will work closely with experienced investment professionals and senior management to provide clients with solutions adapted to their objectives, risk profile, and broader wealth-management needs.

- Contributing actively to the firm's commercial development.
- Participating in internal discussions around investment solutions and the broader development of the business.
- Representing the firm within your professional network and relevant business communities.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Family Office services.
- An established network of HNWI/UHNWI individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, or wealthy families.
- A proven track record of personally acquiring and developing clients.
- Demonstrable experience generating Net New Assets.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and wealth‑management solutions.
- The credibility to advise sophisticated private clients.
- A strong understanding of relationship management and client retention.
- The ability to develop business independently.
