YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Technology Consultant, youwill be responsible for advising clients on HR software solutions, implementing HR technology, and optimizing HR systems to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, HR analytics, and digital transformation.
Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems.
Provide expert advice on HR technology trends, automation, and best practices.
Conduct system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration.
Train HR teams and end-users on new systems and functionalities.
Stay up-to-date with the latestHRtrends, tools, and technologies.
PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
3-8years of experience inHRIS, HR, consulting, or a related role.
Proven experience in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or HR systems management.
In-depth knowledge of HR software (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, AFAS, Cegid HR Talentsoft, SAP Succesfactors…).
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation strategies.
Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
An ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and on assignments but also as part of a team.
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
