We ensure lifesaving medicines reach the patient safely and optimally. Besides production of API's, the site has a launch grow mission for new pharmaceutical products. This is the perfect moment to join us /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActs as engineering subject-matter expert (SME) for API process equipment, providing technical leadership across design, procurement, commissioning and operational handover /li liProvides project leadership across the appropriate stages from inception to completion. /li liEstablishes alignment with project sponsor and aligns core and extended team to deliver the final project objectives. /li liPrepares project intake, including scoping, business case analysis, alternative assessment, presenting the selected option and alternatives for project approval. /li liFacilitates the project planning, tracking and reporting against project key deliverables and objectives. /li liOversees project finances: securing accurate budget allocation upon project approval and effectively managing expenses throughout project implementation. /li liUses risk management methodologies to identify and manage risks to project objectives. /li liLeads project close out activities including operational handover, archiving, financial project closure, collation of benchmarking information and lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement. /li liMaintains awareness of external environment, supplying value and insights. /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for /h3 ul liYou acquired a master’s degree, preferably in a Science, Technology or Engineering field. /li liAn independent and curious individual, skilled in creative thinking and problem-solving. /li liFlexible, can adapt to changing priorities and challenging timelines. /li liAn individual who feels that safety and quality is of paramount importance /li liUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines specific to the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry. /li liAn individual with strong communicative and interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of our organization. /li liAbility to naturally lead and motivate team members and partners. /li liExperience with process equipment engineering and project management is strongly desired but can be compensated with a high level of eagerness to learn. /li /ul h3What you can expect from us: /h3 pEmployees are vital to our organization.
