brMain tasks and

responsibilities:
brThis role fits in the implementation and introduction of a new ERP and other systms for providing services to our customers. Togetherwith the European team, you will be analyzing the existing processes and defining the best practices and contribute to a succesfull roll-out and maintenance of the new ERP system and other systems.brInvestigating and Analyzing current business processes, procedures and requirements and mapping them to SharePoint;brDocumenting visualization of process and procedure flows;brIdentification and assessment of potential risks in business processes and development of risk mitigation strategies;brRe-engineering and optimization of business processes and shaping new process policies;brProposing smarter process management solutions for performance improvement and cost reduction;brIllustrating project descriptions, objectives, and measurements;brCollaboration with various stakeholders to identify potential for improvement;brParticipate in and hold meetings to perform incremental agile software development framework when managing product development;brSupport to evaluate and test administrative system changes to provide ongoing support to existing applications and implement new applications;brStaying updated with new software features and industry trends and educating people in the group.bProfiel /bProfile:brSeveral years of experience in business process analysis and optimization;brStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;brAbility to critically question processes;brExcellent communication and teamwork skills;brAccuracy and care in the analysis and documentation of processes;brLanguage skills in English mandatory.brProfessional

skills:
brExcellent knowledge of Business Process Modeling, Business Process Reengineering and the related Management (BPM) Tools;brSharePoint: Knowledge in using SharePoint for mapping business requirements and managing document workflows;brData Analysis Tools: Skills in using tools like Excel or Power BI for analyzing business data and visualizing process flows;brNice to have:brKnowledge in SAP S/4HANA public cloud;brAgile Frameworks: Understanding and applying agile methodologies for software development and project management;brSoftware Testing: Experience in professional software testing and quality assurance;brExperience in Project Management and related Software is an advantage: Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project for managing tasks and tracking progress;brProgramming Languages: A basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, or C# can be advantageous for accurately assessing the feasibility of proposed changes.bAanbod /bWe offer:brWe offer a motivated and dynamic team where team spirit is key.
