- Develop and implement commercial strategies, ESG roadmaps, and marketing activities to optimize portfolio value.
- Manage existing leases and devise solutions for vacant spaces to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with property managers on building operations and assist investment managers in acquisition and disposition processes.
- Support due diligence by providing underwriting assumptions, reviewing leases, and assessing property conditions.
- Oversee budgets, business plans, and financial performance metrics, including rent collection and property valuation.
- Foster strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and manage performance review processes.
- Ensure accurate data management and provide operational guidance on processes.
- Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in real estate, preferably in the office sector.
- Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cash flow, business plans, and budgeting.
- Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Benelux office market.
- Basic technical understanding of real estate.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
