We are looking for a Managing Director Belgium for a fast-growing, PE-backed scale-up company in financial services. Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercial leader who will assume the responsibility for further building and scaling its Belgian business.

What we're looking for:
- 15+ years of experience in financial services, investment, private banking, M&A or a related environment
- Strong commercial track record and network within the Belgian investment landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to build and scale a business
- Strong understanding of xlxgzvr financial products and credibility with investors and entrepreneurs
- Proven leadership experience and ability to build high-performing teams
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
