We are looking for a Data Reporting & Visualisation Specialist to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights within a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities:
- Identify reporting and visualisation needs with business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into prototypes, dashboards, and reports.
- Collect and prepare data for visualisation and prototyping activities.
- Manage the full dashboard lifecycle, including development, optimisation, publication, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to create sustainable, reusable, and governed data solutions.
- Implement reporting, visualisation, data governance, and security best practices.
- Coach junior specialists and train users on reporting and visualisation tools.
- Document solutions and promote consistency, traceability, and automation. Must-have

requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and visualisation.
- Previous experience in banking, data analytics, and project management.
- Strong experience designing dashboards and building clear data stories that support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, SAS Enterprise Guide, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Knowledge of data warehouses, data marts, data extraction, and data preparation processes.
- Strong understanding of data strategy, governance, security, and reporting standards.
- Experience working in Agile and digital environments.
- Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, another quantitative discipline, or an alternative academic background supported by substantial analytics expertise.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder-management, and teamwork skills.
