Your Responsibilities
As EMEA Transport Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming transportation data into actionable insights that drive performance and efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:
• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting transportation and freight data across the EMEA region.
• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Developing and maintaining transportation KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and freight spend analysis.
• Monitoring transportation costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Analysing carrier performance and service levels to support operational excellence.
• Collaborating closely with transportation teams, logistics providers, and key stakeholders across EMEA.
• Supporting freight invoice validation and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Working with Control Towers and Freight Audit providers to gather and validate logistics data.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation.
• Supporting supply chain reporting and data management initiatives.
• Documenting processes, procedures, and work instructions where necessary.
• Monitoring logistics market trends and benchmarking performance.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the logistics function.
• Providing ad hoc reporting, analysis, and project support.
• Supporting the wider transportation team during peak periods and business-critical projects.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
A first experience in data analysis, reporting, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage.
Strong affinity with data and a genuine interest in analysing trends and performance metrics.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Curious, proactive, and eager to identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Experience within logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain is considered a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems is an asset.
Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
