- Long-term assignment /p pbDuration: /b Long-term collaboration (3+ years) /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Analyst /b to join an international Applications team. /p pThe ideal candidate has a broad understanding of D365 Finance processes, strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset. /p pWe are not looking for a specialist in one specific Finance area, but rather a well-rounded professional who understands how different financial processes interact, can identify dependencies and knows how to approach complex functional issues. /p pYou will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Functional Analysts and Developers to support, improve and further standardise the D365 Finance environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse business requirements and translate them into practical functional solutions within D365 Finance. /li liSupport and improve existing Finance processes and configurations. /li liInvestigate functional incidents, identify root causes and coordinate appropriate solutions. /li liUnderstand dependencies between different Finance modules and business processes. /li liChallenge business requirements and prioritise standard D365 functionalities over unnecessary customisations. /li liCollaborate with developers and other Functional Analysts on system improvements and change requests. /li liSupport system releases, testing and ongoing application lifecycle management. /li liCommunicate proactively with business stakeholders and ask the right questions to clarify functional needs. /li liTake ownership of issues and contribute to continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 Finance, Finance ERP consulting or functional analysis. /li liBroad functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. /li liGeneral understanding of: /li ul liAccounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) /li liVAT reporting and declarations /li liElectronic Reporting (ER) /li liFixed Assets /li liPosting Profiles /li liGeneral Ledger and financial processes /li /ul liAbility to understand how Finance processes interact and identify cross-functional dependencies. /li liStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills. /li liAbility to formulate relevant questions, investigate issues and find appropriate solutions independently. /li liExperience translating business needs into functional requirements. /li liComfortable working in an Agile environment. /li liGood communication skills in English. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liPrevious professional experience in accounting or financial operations. /li liExperience transitioning from an accounting role into ERP/IT consulting. /li liBackground in an established Microsoft Dynamics implementation or consulting partner. /li liExperience in environments with extensive customisations and a transition towards standard D365 functionality. /li liKnowledge of French. /li /ul h3Personal Profile /h3 ul liProactive: takes initiative without waiting for instructions. /li liBusiness-minded: understands operational needs and communicates directly with stakeholders. /li liA team player: works constructively within an international team. /li liIndependent: knows how to investigate problems and find answers. /li liAssertive: confidently challenges ideas while remaining constructive. /li liPragmatic: focuses on effective solutions rather than unnecessary complexity. /li liCommitted: interested in building a long-term relationship and developing a deep understanding of the business. /li /ul h3What
