You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and report to the Technical Engineering Manager. /ph3Your role in the blend /h3pAs a Reliability Engineer, you improve the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our equipment and systems through engineering expertise, data analysis, and proactive maintenance strategies. You ensure that our plant assets operate safely and efficiently, helping to minimize downtime and maintenance costs while maximizing production output and asset lifecycle value. /ph3In this role, you will: /h3ulliDevelop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs /liliConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence /liliMonitor asset health using condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, and thermography /liliCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs /liliCreate and maintain reliability models, such as FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) /liliAnalyze performance data to identify trends, failure patterns, and areas for improvement /liliSupport capital projects by providing reliability input into design, commissioning, and startup /liliLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime /liliEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to equipment operation and maintenance /liliTrain maintenance and operations staff on reliability best practices and tools /liliContribute to compliance of required audits (FSSC, ISO14001, BRC and similar) and the quality objectives, health and safety rules and instructions as well as environmental performance /liliUsing the company's guiding principles as a model /li /ulh3Your key ingredients /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree electromechanics with extensive theoretical and practical knowledge /liliPreferably 5 years of working experience manufacturing processes and familiar with the food industry considered beneficial /liliSpeaks fluently Dutch and English /liliAnalytical, hands on, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Adaptability, communication, persistent and cooperative team player /liliYou typically work during the day but are willing to be flexible /liliThe right hand of the Technical Engineering Manager and willing to replace them for shorter periods of time. /li /ulh3The flavours we bring /h3pWorking at Paulig, a family owned company, means being part of an international community with bold ambitions and an inclusive growth culture. /ph3We offer: /h3ulliA purpose-driven workplace – we’re building a healthier, more sustainable food culture. /liliContinuous learning – access to LinkedIn Learning, and development programs. /liliA passionate team – diverse backgrounds that spark creativity and collaboration. /liliA competitive salary supplemented with a wide range of
