You will combine technical expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of robust, high-performance, and reliable software solutions. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including system design and validation teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliLead and mentor a team of approximately 4 software engineers /liliDefine and drive the technical roadmap in alignment with project objectives /liliValidate and guide software architecture decisions /liliEnsure software quality, performance, and robustness /liliIntegrate algorithms developed by system and design teams /liliSupport field debugging and conduct incident root-cause analysis /liliDevelop and strengthen CI/CD pipelines and validation strategies /liliPromote best practices in testing, automation, and software lifecycle management /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ulliEngineering degree in software, electronics, embedded systems, or related field /liliStrong expertise in breal-time embedded development (C/C++) /b /liliGood proficiency in bPython /b for scripting, automation, and testing /liliExperience with bMatlab/Simulink /b and interaction with system design teams /liliStrong understanding of bsoftware architecture and quality practices /b /liliExperience with bCI/CD and software validation environments /b /liliKnowledge of bdynamic systems /b is a strong asset /liliProven leadership and decision-making skills /li /ul h3What
