Skills:
✨ Excellent knowledge of Java (13+ years) and J2EE (10+ years) ✨ Strong experience with REST , Spring , Apache Maven , AS4 , SCRUM , UML , XML/XSD , HTML , PostgreSQL , Docker , and GIT ✨ Designing ETL / data pipelines with Microsoft Synapse (certification like Azure Data Engineer Associate is a plus) ✨ Data warehouse, data lake, and data lakehouse design ✨ SQL expertise and familiarity with non-relational/vector databases for AI embeddings (RAG solutions) ✨ Business intelligence and reporting tools (Microsoft Power BI a plus) ✨ Cloud-based solutions knowledge, particularly Microsoft Azure ✨ Online analytical processing ( OLAP ) and data mining tools ✨ Hands-on experience with EESSI system components and social security data exchanges Soft
