Our client is a highly respected Belgian boutique advisory firm founded by two former lawyers from leading international law firms. The organization supports high-profile prestigious clients and their families throughout every stage of their personal and professional journey.
Combining legal expertise, wealth structuring coordination, contract advisory, estate planning support, tax coordination, and day-to-day administrative assistance, the firm delivers a unique and highly personalized service to a portfolio of more than 100 clients across Belgium and internationally.

Jobomschrijving
As a Legal Counsel your responsibilities are:
- Advise and assist clients on a wide range of legal matters.
- Review, draft, and coordinate contractual documentation.
- Support matters relating to estate planning, wealth structuring, insurance, and family law.
- Coordinate real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and notarial processes.
- Liaise with external advisors including notaries, tax experts, accountants, and legal counsel.
- Provide practical support regarding social security, invoicing, and administrative matters.
- Organize and structure client files while ensuring excellent follow-up.
- Monitor deadlines, legal documentation, and ongoing projects.
- Deliver pragmatic and solutions-oriented legal guidance.
- Communicate legal concepts in a simple and accessible manner.
