- Brussels (Hybrid) /b /p h3Role Summary /h3 pSenior SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant position within a consulting environment, likely at Manager/Senior Manager level. The role combines SAP PS solution delivery, client stakeholder management, team leadership, business development and pre-sales activities. /p pThe successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP PS implementations, develop client relationships, support sales activity and mentor consulting teams across multiple projects. /p pbLocation: /b Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid) /p pbRelocation/Visa Sponsorship: /b Appears suitable for international candidates if sponsorship and relocation support are available. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3SAP Delivery /h3 ul liLead end-to-end SAP PS implementations /li liGather requirements and run workshops /li liConfigure SAP PS solutions /li liDesign scalable project accounting and project management processes /li liOversee SIT, UAT, deployment and hypercare /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liManage senior client relationships /li liFacilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders /li liDeliver training and ongoing support /li liAct as trusted advisor for SAP PS strategy /li /ul h3Leadership /h3 ul liLead and mentor consultants /li liAssess team performance /li liSupport capability growth /li liDrive delivery excellence /li /ul h3Business Development /h3 ul liSupport proposal writing and RFP responses /li liContribute to sales pursuits /li liIdentify opportunities within existing accounts /li liHelp shape future SAP offerings /li /ul h3Strategy Innovation /h3 ul liDrive SAP S/4HANA adoption /li liContribute to service development /li liSupport innovation initiatives across the practice /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3 h3Must Have /h3 ul li8+ years SAP PS experience /li liMultiple end-to-end SAP PS implementations /li liStrong configuration experience including: ul liWBS /li liNetworks /li liMilestones /li liCost Planning /li liBudgeting /li liRevenue Planning /li liMRP for Projects /li liTimesheets /li liGoods Movements /li /ul /li liStrong integration knowledge across: ul liFI /li liCO /li liMM /li liSD /li liPP /li /ul /li liExperience across: ul liBlueprinting /li liBuild /li liTesting /li liCutover /li liGo-live /li liHypercare /li /ul /li liCustomer Project and Investment Project experience /li liConsulting and stakeholder management experience /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liSAP S/4HANA PS Certification /li liSAP S/4HANA Public Cloud /li liSAP BTP /li liSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) /li liCPM/EPPM experience /li liResource Related Billing /li liTeam leadership experience /li liPre-sales and proposal writing capability /li /ul /p
