Brainbridge IT Staffing is looking for an experienced Senior Endpoint & Digital Workplace Expert for a long-term assignment with one of our clients in Brussels.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-user device domain within the Digital Workplace environment, covering PCs, laptops, mobile devices and related workplace solutions.
You will combine strong technical expertise with functional and operational ownership, ensuring that the device environment remains secure, compliant, performant and aligned with the organisation’s Digital Workplace strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for end-user devices and endpoint environments
- Gather and challenge business and technical requirements and translate them into clear user stories
- Contribute to the Digital Workplace strategy and technology roadmap
- Ensure new solutions are aligned with existing architecture, security policies and technical standards
- Coordinate and follow up on device-related projects and operational initiatives
- Manage and refine the backlog according to evolving business and technology needs
- Follow up on incidents, problems, support requests and post-project improvements
- Ensure a smooth transition of new solutions towards operational and support teams
- Maintain technical and functional documentation
- Coordinate device lifecycle, stock levels and renewal planning
- Follow up on budgets and licences related to the device domain
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure effective operational management
- Stay up to date with technology and product roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with architecture, security, support, business and other Digital Workplace stakeholders
Your profile
We are looking for a senior professional with solid experience in Digital/Modern Workplace and enterprise device or endpoint management.
You have a strong understanding of areas such as:
- Enterprise endpoint and device management
- Windows workplace environments
- PC, laptop and mobile device management
- Device lifecycle and deployment
- Endpoint security and compliance
- Modern Workplace technologies
- Operational support and incident/problem management
- Technical standards, governance and documentation
