pWe're looking for a senior application architect to audit complex systems and define realistic application modernisation roadmaps. You'll assess enterprise Java architectures, identify technical debt and guide transformation decisions. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liAudit existing, in-development and proposed solutions against business and regulatory requirements. /li liDiagnose technical debt, critical dependencies and architectural risks. /li liDefine target architectures, transformation scenarios and migration roadmaps. /li liProduce evidence-based audit reports and maps of components and dependencies. /li liLead architecture reviews and challenge suppliers' choices and estimates. /li liTrack recommendations through implementation and measure their results. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liAt least ten years of experience in application architecture, including several in audit, transformation or architectural governance. /li liAt least three significant assignments auditing architectures, diagnosing technical debt or transforming complex systems. /li liExperience presenting modernisation roadmaps to decision-makers, evaluating solutions and following up recommendations. /li liExperience in public, regulated or comparably complex environments. /li liEnterprise Java

skills:
Java, Jakarta EE/JEE, Spring Boot and web services. /li liDistributed architectures: microservices, SOA, APIs, integration and event-driven architectures. /li liKnowledge of containerisation, orchestration, CI/CD and data technologies. /li liArchitecture modelling with UML, ArchiMate or equivalent. /li liAbility to assess performance, resilience, security, maintainability, operability and scalability. /li liSkills in modernising and rationalising application portfolios. /li liIndependent judgement and evidence-based recommendations, with clear explanations of options, trade-offs, risks and costs. /li liAbility to prioritise structural issues and handle competing requests across multidisciplinary teams. /li liFrench, B2. /li /ul h3Good to know /h3 ul liSelection includes a written audit and transformation case study, followed by an interview. /li /ul
